I am seeing a couple errors trying to set up my Android 3CX client. I had this working previously, but recently deleted and reinstalled my 3CX server (recommended when changing server IP address).
- When I scan the QR code from the welcome email, I am greeted with the error "PBX FQDN cannot be resolved."
- When I try to load the config file from the email directly on the phone, it appears to import the extension settings just fine but the app shows "Disconnected, waiting for network" on the dial screen.
- The phone and 3CX server are on separate subnets, but they are both on the local network.
- I am able to ping the server from the phone.
- I have a Windows client on the same wireless network, using the same registration info/welcome email, that can register and place calls with no issue.
- Navigating to Menu > Settings > Accounts > account shows correct local IP address of server under "Local PBX IP"
- Deleting the app and reinstalling does not fix the issue.
- The 'Phones' menu in 3CX admin console shows the correct IP address for all Windows clients on my network, but shows 127.0.0.1 for the 3CX Android client
- Firewall test runs clean in 3CX admin console
