Android Client cannot make outgoing calls on local network but can on LTE

Upgraded to version 16 yesterday and now the android client is unable to make outgoing calls when connected to local network. It will make calls if on LTE network. In both cases the client shows provisioned and available on the app.

Is the PBX on the same local network as the client? Try to send a new welcome email to the client or use the QR to re-provision it and see if that works.
