Hi team,

I recently updated my Galaxy S7 and since then, welcome emails with the attachment no longer works to provision 3CX software from the default mail client. Same thing on my HTC M9. Yet it works with GMail. Anyone know why?

Thanks for your advices.

Please take a look at our guide here:
https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/welcome-email-troubleshoot-android/

Nothing's changed in terms of provisioning. The attachment is correctly opened in the 3CX app when opened via the gmail app, but not when opened via any other app. This is how it's worked for a long time now. You'l need to follow the guide and download a file manager like "Total Commander" and open the attachment with "3CX".

Alternatively, you can QR provision your 3CX client.

I'm having the same mail sync issues. It makes with my POP mail account, along with my corporate network email account that is composition via MobileIron's MDM result. Inbox is fix as the folder to sync. Proved with syncing onpeak and offpeak to every 4-5 minutes and nothing. Only when I accessible the app does the message come through.
