Solved Android / iPhone app Replace '+' for '00'

In the web app it's possible to replace the + sign for '00' and working perfect.
Anyone an idea how we can configure this in the Android / iPhone app?

An outbound rule for numbers starting with +31, strip 1 digit and replace this with 00 isn't working.

Not possible for the mobile apps but you should definitely be able to work this out with the Outbound Rules.

Things to check if it's not working:
• How do you know it's not working, do you see a specific error somewhere and if yes what is it?
• Make sure the Outbound rule is high up in the list to be checked for such calls. Outbound rules are checked in a top-down manner.
• Make sure the Outbound rule in question has no other restrictions that will not apply for these calls such as specific extension, extension group restrictions.
• Check the 3CX MC >> Settings >> E164 section to see if it's enabled. If it is or there are sub-checkboxes enabled(regardless if grey), enable it if not already, disable all sub-checkboxes and then disable E164 altogether.
