Android Phone emulator for Windows

Hi there, does anyone found a solution where you have the 3CX App running on an Android Phone Emulator in Windows? That would be great to have so we could test the functionality of the Extension in regards to setup, incoming calls, access to contacts a.s.o. Maybe 3CX Dev Team has something up their sleeves? And yes, I could buy a Samsung Phone (probably over eBay) but if there is an application where I could pretend to have a physical android phone, that'll be great to have.
