We continue to experience an issue where the 3CX client is running on an Android phone will mysteriously stop ringing and only vibrate. This has been an on-going issue, we believe we got the battery optimization issue resolved and hoped this would correct the vibrate issue but it didn't. I experienced the issue first hand today. I was using one of our smartphone units with the 3CX client installed on it, I was walking thru our 1.5 million sq. ft warehouse with the device in my hand (as to in my pocket) testing analog phones hanging on the racks. For no reason I can think of the 3CX client stopped ringing and would only vibrate. I tried changing the ringtone, unchecked vibrate, check system settings like DND, and it would not go back to ringing until I clicked Exit - Ignore Push and then fired 3CX back up. Any suggestions?
