Android10 / Samsung / both private and company number are mixed

Hello 3CX Forum,

I have a Samsung A71. If someone calls my 3CX number the standard system sound is going off, same for my private number. Also the "last calls" menue doesn´t show me which number was called and mixes them. E.g. 2 missed calls from Carl. Which I tested and called both numbers just once.

Any ideas?

To my knowledge, there is no such thing like a second number you can provision to the 3cx app. Please explain more detailed what is happening.
You can setup a seperate ringtone as the default system ring tone: Settings, Advanced, on the bottom: default system, default 3cx, other.

Exactly that is not working:

Someone calls SIM number: Ringtone A from phone settings

Someone calls 3CX number: Ringtone A from phone settings. ANd I have set up a different ringtone. I tried all 3 options.

The phone is not spereating those numbers. Not in ringtone or in showing me which number was called.

I have made a quick test with the ringtone settings you describe on a Samsung A71 and cannot replicate the behavior you are reporting. Also, please post check this post for what you need to include in your post so that we can assist. I would also suggest to include screenshots so that we understand what you're trying to accomplish.

I guess you have both forward calls to handheld plus accept push messages activated. Then you really get double calls.
