Annoying notifications

Every conversation i have using the android client gives notifications approx every 30 seconds accompanied with the notification sound. This is very loud and very annoying. Happens on Wifi and 4G.

This is since the latest 3cx client update.

Please, update your Android 3CX client to 15.5.342.392 from Google Play store and come back to me if the issue still appears

Ok tried that. Notifications starting to appear as soon as I start dailing

As I am understanding you have read all your chat messages but you still notify for unread conversation, correct?

When I start dailing, nofitications appear that i am dailing.
in a call, notifications appear that i am in a call, every 30 seconds.

I have disabled all notifications from the 3cx app in the andriod nofitication settings and now i can at leat have a normal conversation on the phone.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue, but only with Huawei devices. No problem with Samsung J5, neither with Iphone.

Disable all notifications in the android settings, that fixed it for my Huawei

Yes, but that's not a perfect solution: no notification for instant messaging, for example...
With Huawei, I have a problem with incoming calls too, and poor sound quality: not working all the time. 3CX answers with a major improvment with the next release.
