Anti Virus Exclusions - 3CX

Are there any recommendations for exclusions for AV software when running 3CX?

We use McAfee Enterprise AV

since the V8 of Mc Afee they have a port blocker, witch is kinda uncontrollable i would tell this feat to be disabled.
it self there is no need due to we chach all IVRs into the Mem

I just exclude C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX

and

C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem
