Any FREE Outbound Only SIP Providers?

Any FREE Outbound Only SIP Providers? I know some providers need to balance their traffic for their interconnection agreements... Anyone know any providers that will let me dump outbound calls for free?

This appears to allow connections outside their software. Anyone had success getting it to work with 3CX?

It appears to allow free outgoing calls in the US - this is a great way to add extra lines (if it works without giving them a credit card)...


Ahh... It's free so a little while, then it looks like rates apply... nvm.
