Hello,
We have a number of customers looking for ways to access messaging/livechat via API, to insert messages from external sources, webhooks, such as notifications, inserted messages, etc.
Think Teams, WhatsApp, Slack etc. - when the entire company utilized cx chat, or messaging, having to run slack/discord, teams for team notifications is just another client, source of keeping open etc.
long term goal would be great to be able to send messages both internal, and sms external via api, with specified source, I.E. call via CFD.
