App klingelt weiter

Hallo bei einem Mitarbeiter mit einem Smartphone (Android 10) klingelt die App weiter obwohl der Anrufer aufgelegt hat. Zum Teil 1 Stunde lang. Woran liegt es? Die App Updates sind alle installiert.

I can confirm this behaviour, Version 16.5.2.55. But for me it occurs rather seldom, maybe one times a month.
