app problem?

Hello. I am writing on the 3cx application. During a (standard) phone call, when I get a call on the app side, the app keeps ringing, even when I'm on a phone call. Previously, the conversation in the application was given the busy status.

4 telephone in diferent version of android. i have android 10 on Xiaomi

Can you check if the Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API) is enabled on those devices? If the device supports it, you should find it in Settings >> Advanced.

Hi. I had this option turned on. When I turned it off, the problem (I think) disappeared. I will test it yet. Thank you very much!
