Hi Everybody,

lots of our employees work at home at the moment, so sometimes they forward calls to their private number. The problem is, if you browse through "Status" on the iPhoneApp you can see the number which they configured to forward their calls to. This is bad because they don't want it if it is a private number.

Is there a possibility to hide that from the list?

Thanks in advance and kind regards

Hi @Tappsy,

Could you provide a screenshot, blurring out the number so I can see what you mean. I've checked the iOS status window and I'm not exactly sure if we're on the same page.

Hi @VasilisV_3CX

Thanks for your answer and no problem. As you can see on the screenshot i want to hide the number the calls will be forwarded to.

Hi @Tappsy,

As the number is visible when given viewing the extension via presence (right clicking the extension >> call mobile, this reveals the mobile as well), it is not seen as sensitive information as the logic would be that someone may need to get hold of the person. Creating groups It may be removed, but there is no ETA on this at the moment.

You could control the visibility of the numbers by creating Groups, each team that could be a group and if you don't check "Publish group information to all extensions", then departments won't be able to access each other's details.
