We have a medical client that wants the Dr's assistants to schedule their web meetings with their patients for them. They do not want the email address for the Dr to be seen by the patient.
Is there a way to do this where the Dr is the organizer of the meeting when they log into the meeting and his email is not seen by anyone else that was invited.

This is going to be used to setup appointments between Dr and Patient

Hi,

Where does the Doctor's email appear exactly?

It appear's in the send from email that the 3cx system sends out to the patient telling them the details of the meeting and to accept the meeting request

Keep in mind that if you use "3CX" for the Calendar option, and the 3CX System has a Custom SMTP set up, then the recipients will be able to see that email as the sender. Also, even when using the built in 3CX SMTP the reply-to address will show the email of the meeting creator. This is not the case however if you choose to use an iCal instead.

So when the assistant wants to create appointments for the doctor, they have to select the "iCal" option from the Calendar box. This will generate an iCal file which the assistant can open from their mail client (ie. Outlook). It will contain all the meeting info, but it will be sent out from the assistant's email so the doctor's email will not be shown and you can maintain full control. In case the patient replies to the email with a decline or re-schedule the assistant will also see it and handle it accordingly.

Thank you for the response, we will try that.
