I've run into a problem with no explicit error, nor apparent cause.

I've installed the latest Assistant on a Windows 7 PC and configured it for the users extension. All configuration info is correct. The software assistant just sits with the message "logging in" for as long the software is open.

There is NO firewall in the way, the user is an administrator on the PC, and the settings are 100% correct.

I'd suggest you try re-checking your credentials / password in the assistant.
You need to put the PIN of the extension in the field in the Assistant.

If that does not work, delete the profile and create a new one.
