I believe there is a bug in the backup in the latest 15.5 version
If you select 0 in ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL and then backup after restore the value goes back to 1
Not a huge deal, but still probably worth fixing

As a feature this is not fully fleshed out, that's why there is no option in the Management Console. Thank you for the feedback though!
