Attended Transfer in CTI Mode with Cisco

Hello,

We use 3cx v12.5 with Cisco phone (SPA504G and SPA509G). In 3cx phone windows the "button" Attended Transfer in CTI Mode is not available. We have a user with a snom phone and this "button" is available.
If there a way to enable this function with cisco phones?

Hi there,
No this can't work with cisco phones, the CTI mode is actually acting in MakeCall mode for those, where the caller and the callee will be called one by one by the PBX and then connected together.
These phones does not have same capabilities as snom and can't be driven from HTTP commands.
