Audio before call

Hello. Is it possible play some audio file before outbound call? I mean, our call center should call to client, but before connecting there should be audio file played for client to let him know that conversation will be recorded. In Isabel this function is titled "audio before call" and every single extension has it. Is it possible to achieve this in 3cx?
