Audio Conference Announcements in Web Conference

I see the feature to enable announcements in Audio Conferences so participants are announced, it is possible to do this for when someone phones into the webconference, to announce either privately to the organizers of the conference or the entire conference.

If so, this is a feature of Ad-hoc meetings but is not a part of Web Meeting, so this is not possible.
