Audio conference license consumption

Hello Members,

I have a question on audio conference license consumption.

Scenario 1:
All conference participants are on the same LAN. Will every call made to conference bridge consume a Simultaneous Call License ?

Scenario 2:
Some conference members have joined over the PSTN. Will every call joining over PSTN consume Simultaneous Call License?

Every conference participant including the creator, regardless if they are an internal extension or an external calling into the the system will consume 1 SC each.
