Hello,
We are having audio issues with 4 Yealink CP960 conference phones in PC mode connected via USB to differing workstations. All running the recommended firmware for 3CX.
When the phones are connected in PC mode we can initiate soft phone calls and Webmeetings and the audio is fine for 5 - 10 secs. Then the audio becomes completely garbled and unrecognisable. This isn't a jitter issue or packet loss problem. It is something inherent to the Yealink CP960 and 3CX.
We can have a Video Conference with Skype and the audio is fine using this combination.
It is only when making a soft client call from the PC or initiating a webmeeting in 3CX.
3CX is at current release and round trip time over the WAN is 3-5ms with 1-3ms jitter to our DC where 3CX is hosted.
The PC's are mix of Windows 7 and Windows 10. The issue can be replicated on both.
Hoping someone has seen this issue.
Thanks,
Luke
