we manage the 3CX PBX on behalf of one of our clients. Version 18, v9 build 31 Professional Annual 4SC, scheduled for an upgrade to v20.
However, we are facing an issue with the webclient. The audio of the conversation (both incoming and outgoing) does not work when outside of their premises, except, for example, if we place the call on hold on our side (then the hold music on the other side can be heard). However, if the other party places the call on hold, nothing can be heard on our side. The firewall test shows everything in green.
The issue started a few weeks ago, but it only affects the webclient: it does not occur on the mobile app (both inside and outside the premises), nor on the desk phones.
We have checked, and all permissions are correctly configured.
The problem occurs both on the webclient using Chrome (updated) and the Webapp.
We have other PBX running the same version without this issue.
What could be the cause of this?
