Solved Audio + Video not allow din webinar option

Hello
Trying to schedule a video conference (does not matter now or later) as webinar (Classroom) with video and audio.
While with webmeeting I can select any email type, in webinar I am forced to use email legacy (automatically selects, no other option), then when I try to change the meeting options to enable Audio and Video I cannot click on the option. Only options I can select are Organizer must connect first, hide participants and chat

I could do it with Webmeeting but then act participant is an organiser which is what I do not want.
I have tried in different OS (windows, MacOs) and browsers. 3CX version is 16.0.8.9

With the upcoming v18 release, the fields will be available and not greyed out.

Hi!

While the official release of v18 production is still a little way away, and therefore I'm unable to give you exacts with regards to release-date - we've already released v18 Alpha 2 for testing purposes: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18-alpha-2/

As always, before installing an Alpha or Beta build, please backup your PBX before attempting any updates.
