Since the update v16 you need to change audio/video settings in the chrome extension itself, instead of under the webinterface (greyed out when extension is used).
Have to say, not a fan of this. Makes everything harder to explain to the users, different locations for setup is never a good idea, especially when these can conflict.
ie user had no audio for ringer because selected device under webclient was different from extension. Disabling extension changing audio under webclient and enabling extension again solved this but to explain this to users is off course far from ideal.
So would be better to use only one location for the settings or make sure both ways work and are not greyed out.
