Guten Tag, wir haben eine 3CX mit ca. 100 Nebenstellen, meine Anforderung wäre folgende:
Es gibt ca. 45 Handy unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter, wenn wir von der 3CX auf eines dieser Handys rufen hätten wir gern generell die Durchwahl angezeigt.
Etliche unserer 3CX User rufen generell über die Zentrale (in diesem Fall die 0 - hinten) nach extern. Muss ich jede Regel einzeln anlegen oder kann ich dies irgendwie anders importieren ?
Es geht um eine selbstgehostete 3CX V20.

Anyway, i am not sure i understand you correctly. You want to call the mobile number from 3cx and want to have the extension number displayed on the mobile?

Sorry, yes that is what we need.

The number displayed externally is always the number of the extension or, if none is stored, the main number of the trunk. If you have stored in every extension the main number, than this will be the number displayed on the phones.

If the extension has a number stored for incoming calls, you must also store it as an outgoing number. Then it will be displayed to everyone. Otherwise, you can only create a bunch of outgoing rules where the respective number is stored as an outgoing number and then use these rules with a dial prefix. Very time-consuming and annoying.

their is no way to import/export under admin, than we have to do it one by one, strange

No, no other way... Maybe you can create an CFA to archive this feature.
