Authentication Failed with automatic provisioning

I have a new install up and running but I am having problems connecting the 3cx softphone.
Authentication fails with wrong credentials, even when I use the auto provisioning set up.

Server 2003 R@

Windows 7 for the PC.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Eventhough, i reinstalled the os and 3cx the problem still there

Make sure that after too many failed logins the IP is not blacklisted
