Auto Archiving

Hello everyone,
I know these questions might look dumb but I wanted to make sure before I do anything rash or impulsive.

Does Auto Archiving in 3CX delete the recordings from the disk?
Or will only the auto archived after a certain time as selected be deleted?
If I set the Auto archive do I also need to set the Auto clean up?

It moves them to the archive location, they're 2 different tasks so no need.

To confirm what @kieferschild is saying and dive a little deeper:

Does Auto Archiving in 3CX delete the recordings from the disk?

It moves them from one disk to another, so for all intents and purposes, it's deleted from the first disk.

If I set the Auto archive do I also need to set the Auto clean up?

Auto clean up will only delete locally stored recordings after X days that you've set, it will leave the archived files behind. To delete the archived files, you'll need to delete them from the Management Console or run a scheduled task / cron job to delete them from your archiving disk.
