Auto Attendant On Free Version 3CX and SMB

Hi,

Please can you advise as auto attendant/digital assistant is ticked on the feature list of free and smb versions of 3cx, but is this actually correct as I have looked in the free version and this is not available in this version. This could be something to do with versions but if I could get a definitive answer that will help with the choice of the version required.

Hi @Jon Tann the auto attendant is the following option




There you can upload a prompt file or record your own message.

So you can use this on your incoming calls, play the announcement then proceed to forward the call to your destination.

Thank you for your response, does it only allow one destination then, not a menu to choose between, say 3 options? does this option need a different edition?

this would be a multi level IVR which is available on the SMB edition or dedicated installations.
