Auto change status when idle - Display only

We have 3CX client rolled out across our business and we'd like to implement the "auto change status when idle" feature in 3CX client.
It works great - ie, if someone leaves their desk, the client shows them as away. This gives good indication to other staff who is at their desk and who isn't.
However, we would still like phones to ring regardless of status.
What currently happens is someones 3cx client will mark them as away, which has the result of making all calls go to voicemail. I don't want this. I still want their phone to ring.

Is there a setting for this?

Instead of switching to 'away' status that by default is not receiving calls, you can switch to 'Lunch' status. You can also rename the Lunch status to whatever you want from the Management Console>Settings>PBX Settings. With this way, you will be able to notice the status change but the extensions will still ring.
