Solved Auto Pick-up Function

Does the auto pickup function work only on the desktop app or on the web client? The customer knows that it works on the desktop app, but there are changes in the agent, so it does not log out completely. Regarding that, can the customer be able to use that feature in the web client, and can you provide a solution ?

That being said, it is impossible to use that feature on the V20 web client. There is no other options to use that feature on web client, right?
