Hello,

Can someone please help me.
I have an H2P phone that i want to connect to 3CX.
I already did test to configure the Phone through the SIP account with the Authentication ID and Password. This is working fine.

However, there is an option to Auto Provision the Phone.
I want to know if it can be like other model where you can select it in the Phone Menue in the Console and assign it directly. As for now the phone do appear in my phone list but the options are blocked.

How can we make it possible.

I saw a Video for Dinstar where they add a template in the 3CX and then they are able to add the phone in the Provisioning menu of User.

Can you please guide me ??

Regards,
Gregory.

Any Reply please, Has anyone tested those Phone Model. It is a new Series Proposed by Alcatel-Lucent Which are compatible with 3CX.

Please,
Thank you.

Hi @gregory.b sorry but this device is not supported, it means there's no provisioning template, it has not been tested so we can not guarantee that is compatible or not and also it may have limitations.

If you still want to use it, then you will have to configure it manually. For further assistance with that device please enter in contact with the phone manufacturer or use a supported deskphone instead.

Have a good one!
