Auto Recording while Using Private MCU

Background
I have a client that uses Video Conferencing via their website to authenticate/validate customers. In quite a number of scenarios, the recordings from this system are used in audit and legal proceedings.

Problem Statement
I have implemented a Private MCU on the same network as the 3CX install, however the fact that the Only Recording option is left in the hands of the Agent and stored locally (I acknowledge the option to store files in a shared drive/cloud storage). This raises a few compliance issues as well as Privacy (The customer is not alerted to the fact that recording is ongoing or otherwise).

Question
Is there an option to have the recordings stored on the MCU server rather than the agents system?
Can these recordings be automated such that the recording starts as soon as the meeting is started and the customer can see that the meeting is being recorded?

Final Thoughts:
Why cant we have Video recordings for Live Chat?

Ill appreciate any insight or heads up on how to solve this pressing issue.
