Good morning everyone. I have a 3CX cloud installation v18.0 update 7 with debian based SBC, with 3 IP phones connected: 2 Fanvil X4U-v2 with fw version: 2.12.15.6 and 1 Fanvil V64 fw version: 2.12.15.6.
Sometimes the customer's connection has packet losses that make the SBC disconnect for a few tens of seconds. Once the connection returns the 2 Fanvil X4U resume working perfectly, while the Fanvil V64 remains unauthenticated. I need to unplug the POE socket and restart the phone. After restarting the phone, it starts fine again.
Why do the Fanvil X4U restart perfectly while the V64 remains unauthenticated? What can I do to fix?
Thank you all
