I'm not sure if this is a 3CX PBX question or is specifically related to Yealink.

If a user logs into the system and sets an avatar in the Settings, when calling that user in the app or when receiving calls from that user in the app, the avatar shows.

However, on a Yealink phone, there is no avatar passed.

With top of the line T52W phones, one would expect a bit better handling of this. I don't know if this is a setting we've missed, an impossibility because of 3CX, a limitation of Yealink, or what.

Has anyone gotten any model of Yealink phone (or any other vendor) to display a 3CX avatar on the screen when dialing or receiving calls from a user with an avatar set?

As far as I know, no Avatar ever gets passed on to an IP phone, only webclient and apps.

Thanks for you reply. The phone seems to have the logic and place for it, especially higher end phones like the Yealink T58W.

Do you (or anyone reading this) know if a feature request has been created for this?

Any Platinum sellers or 3CX employees want to add this to the list?
