Away Status - Missed calls

Hello,

Got an issue when a user sets her status as Away but then doesn't get any missed calls if a call comes in because their phone doesn't ring.
The user is part of a ring group. The call comes in to the ring group.
Is there anyway around this?

You do not get missed calls notifications on ring groups

I see, I tested with a call queue but then missed calls are now going to abandoned calls and the mobile app doesn't let you view abandoned calls?

Under notifications for the queue, you can setup email notifications

You could also go to the forwarding rules of the user and enable them to receive calls in the ring group when they are away too.

I tested that with the user but she doesn't want getting calls when set to Away. Thanks.
I think I'll test the queue again with email notifications.
