I am hoping someone here can maybe point us in the right direction because as of now myself and the network administrators are beating their head against the walls with this issue.
We have several retail locations and started migrating them over from a Panasonic DECT system to 3CX (20.0.7.1057) using T46Us (108.87.0.16) for desk phones and AX83Hs (180.87.0.6) for portables to be used across the stores. We use Cambium APs XE3-4 (6.6.2.1-r5) and we are using SBCs (20.0.100) at every site. The biggest problem we are having is that when the APs hand the device off to each other there is consistently a 10-15 second where the call is placed on Hold, the phones drop connection, and then when the next AP grabs the phone it continues the phone call like nothing happened. We have looked all over the APs and the phones and we cannot seem to locate the issue. Is there anyone out there that has seen these kind of issues before and can point me in the general direction of an answer. When we use a Spectralink device using the Android 3CX application on the same wireless networks we don't have this problem. So this is pointing me to some sort of issue with the phones themselves.
Any help would be appreciated.
