Azure Windows Clients, wont register

3cX is used in the UK but we have analyst in India and 3cX windows Client wont seem to register

To clarify a few things:

1. When you say the client won't seem to register, we're talking about he Indian analyst's account won't register specifically to the Windows Client?
2. If yes, what message is he seeing in the Windows client as shown below?
   
   
   
   
3. Can he access the Web client without any problem?
