Backbone Solutions SIP Trunk not found

Hello everybody

I try to replace the old onsite system with a hostet 3CX. Our SIP Trunk is from

Backbone Solutions AG - Sipcall SIP Trunk​

in Switzerland.
I try to follow the steps descriped here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/backbone-solutions-swiss-sip-trunk/#h.tyxgax9qnyn9
But the Backbone Solutions AG doesn't appear in the dropdwon menu if I add a new SIP Trunk in the admin console.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is there another way to add it?

Hi @2maudio

If your 3CX is Hosted by 3CX then Sipcall will not be available in the drop down menu as it is not supported for Hosted by 3CX installations. It is available for self hosting or on premise installations though.

Hosted by 3CX supported providers must meet certain criteria not all providers meet.
