Backup contains no data!

I am trying to backup our Elastix system but the file contains zero K. As an experiement I installed the elastix 2.04 beta 5 and did a backup of the clean install with no modifications and the backup for it was 20 megs.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue? My goal is to make a backup of our current system so I can test it on 2.04 beta 5 on a test machine.
