Backup help

Hello Everyone,

My Elastix box has crashed few days ago.
The good news is that I have backup. But the bad thing is when I tried to restore it my freePBX interface doesn`t work.
There is error message:
"Unknown SQL engine: []

My previous configuration was Elastix 2.2 + freePBX 2.9.
Current configuration is Elastix 2.3 + freePBX 2.9.
Can someone suggest me anything ? Cos my brain has crashed as well.

Hi,

The backup procedure was design for the case SAME VERSION - SAME VERSION.
Try to test it with Elastix 2.2 vs Elastix 2.2, and see what you get.

soborno thank you, but I could fix it with the following procedure:

vim +231 /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
change User apache and Group apache to User asterisk and Group asterisk.
vim +327 /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
change None to All.
or use sed to replace.
sed -i '231,232s/apache/asterisk/i;327s/none/All/i' /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Restart web service.
service httpd restart
Restart amportal service.
amportal restart

Job done)

But after restore I lost all my custom configuration like database for CID Lookup, User&Device mode, share folder with pictures and xml files. But it is good lesson for me, now I am going to do backup system more properly!
