Anyone have any suggestions about how to achieve the following:
two sites linked via a bridge.
Incoming calls to site A are forwarded by a queue (no forward to external on DR!) to queue on site B (where the receptionist is)
If the bridge is down for any reason, the calls cannot be connected, and the caller hears an error.
Is it possible, and how, that if the bridge is either not registered or the call is not answered that calls go back to a local ring group.
Any help greatly appreciated
