Backup Size too large - files are all under Chatfiles folder

Backup size is 1.26GB despite having only about 400mb of Voicemails and no recordings. So I downloaded the Zip, and had a look - all the files are under the Chatfiles folder. 1.1GB of them.

Also there is no Chat Logs option on the Reporting Menu when logged in as admin?

Has anyone else seen anything similar?

I've enabled the Chat Logs so it shows in the menu, and there are only 2500 messages total. No idea why that should be taking up 1.1GB.

Answer is: JPEG sttachments. 1.1GB of JPEGs. Seems 3cx keeps the original (uncompressed) file and a preview file for each photo. I think it might be time to enable the Auto-Clean option.
