Hello, we are using the 16.0.611 version with a professional license.
We configured a few queues with some agents and a few supervisors for each queue, and set the supervisor extensions with permissions to Barge in and whisper to calls, when we were doing some tests and discovered that the supervisors could not whispers to the calls in their queues, then we kept running some tests we found weird that calls between extensions can be barged in/whispered to, or that if a call that reaches an agent in the queue is tranfered to another extension then it can be Barge in/whisper.
we've checked the configuration for the extensions, the queues, and the extension group, but the only calls that can't be barge in/Whisper are the ones that we need to do so, has anyone any idea why could this be happening?
