As this does not seem to be covered in training or documentation I was wondering if there is a possibility to achieve the following:
In the Netherlands it is quite common for SIP trunk providers to work with a base rate. This is a fixed fee as soon as an outgoing call is made (and answered) apart from the fact that a fee per minute is charged. Is there any way to get this adequately implemented in the call reporting within 3CX? As far as I can see it is no problem to calculate call cost based on price per time-unit, but I can't seem to find a way to add the initial call rate.
Example:
I call from my land line to another land line for exactly one minute. Cost per minute is 10 cents. Base rate is 15 cents.
I would like 3CX to calculate the call cost:
15 cents base rate + 10 cents for one minute: 25 cents.
