Basic Cert test locked up in the last 90 seconds...

...I hit 'refresh' on the browser when I realized it wasn't advancing, hit restart, realized it started me off back at Question 1, clicked through as fast as I could, and couldn't back to where I was in time.

Is there anything that can be done on either end at this point, besides waiting 30 days?
