Billing implementation

Hi,

We are running pro 16.0.4.493 and wanted to test the call billing via CDRs.

I have gone through the guides and old posts but am still confused about how billing is implemented. We have enabled cdr and can see the call cost in the reports generated.

If we want to generate invoices based on the outgoing calls, from what I understand, we need a third party software to go through the report or the cdr and generate invoices.

Were there any 3CX recommended tools that can be used for this?

You could take a look at CallSequitur. It won't create invoices, but you would at least be able to create a customisable call cost report using CDRs so that you can check you have the data you need.
