Black list & whitelist IP

I have my IP address white listed but the system lately has been automatically blacklisting my IP which I can’t understand. Why would it automatically blacklist it when it’s whitelisted to allow in the PBX. I can’t figure this out why it’s doing this. I always through that if an IP address is whitelisted set to allow it can’t get black listed.

I find the easiest way is to let it get blacklisted, edit the blacklist entry and change it to whitelist. I didn't think you could have 2 entries for the same IP address...

It might also be worth checking there is no overlap with another entry that has a range in it rather than a single IP.

I'm not sure what would happen (whether blacklist / whitelist would override) if the IP address were blacklisted as part of the shared "Anti-hacking" security features.

I would also check "Console restrictions" for good measure.
