Solved Black screen on incoming calls if screen locked.

Hello,

I've one user with the following problem:
In case of incoming call, if the phone is locked, the phone rings but no notification is shown on the screen. If the user slides down the screen, she can click on "answer" but then it doesn't answer, it just stops the ringing but that doesn't end the call. When the caller finishes the call, a notification is shown on the phone for a missed call.

If the phone is not locked, the app works perfectly.

We've tried the following :
- Turn on all possible notifications (as explained on other threads) -> No change, everything was already active.
- Check/uncheck the "Car/Bluetooth support(Telecom API)" function. If we check this box, the phone doesn't ring anymore on incoming calls.
- "Turn off battery usage optimization" -> No change.

The phone is running on Android 9 and the 3CX App is v16.7.8.121.

Could you please also provide the exact brand, model name and model number as seen in "Settings >> About Device"?

This sounds similar like problem I had with the sony - where you made a fix meamwhile.

You should be able to install the Beta right from within the Google Play Store. Just search for "3CX" as you would normally, open to see the details, and if you scroll down a bit, you will see the option there to join the Beta.
