How can i remove my IP form the blacklist on a 3cx free system, where i cannot access the network settings?

You need to raise a support ticket.

Thanks for your suggestion however "3CX Support is only available for Commercial Subscriptions" and this is a 3CX Free system.

You're also a bronze partner. Open a support ticket..

I might be being dense but it's the first time i've needed any support, whichever fqdn i selected, i'd get the same message i managed to find an enterprise system that allowed me to submit a ticket,

Did you add yourself as the partner for the free license?

Regarding your question, you cannot open a support ticket for free keys. Only commercial paid subscriptions can be used to open a support ticket.

However, please note that opening a supported ticket with a commercial key and requesting assistance for a system installed with a free key will result in not receiving any help either, as we only assist on tickets opened with the license key for the system that has been enquired about. In other words, we no longer offer a support system installed with free keys.

Please see our support procedures here: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/

The reasons that IP addresses get blacklisted are primarily due to trying to connect Ip phones without an SBC or having the incorrect firmware to be provisioned as router phones, logging in from another public Ip, So to remove any IP phones from the system, that have incorrect firmware if trying to provision as a router phone, or not provisioned behind a 3cx SBC, factory reset the phone and ensure that firmware is correct and wait 24 hours for the blacklist to be removed automatically before trying to re-provision.

This is my first time needing support so i appreciate the feedback. I did not know the blacklist would automatically clear after 24 hours.
